Repair vs Replace

Whether to repair or replace your existing unit can be a tough decision to make.  At Eller Heating & Cooling we aim to educate and inform our customers, as we want you to feel confident that we are qualified for the job.  Sometimes a repair will work in a pinch, but a system replacement will save you money in the long-run.  Ultimately we want to save you time and money by finding the HVAC solution that will benefit you the most.

Ductwork & Fabrication

Our sheet metal shop can build anything from simple duct fittings, to black iron commercial grease ducts and anything in-between.  By fabricating the majority of our own ductwork, we can guarantee that our products meet all necessary guidelines.  The primary reason we invested in our own custom sheet metal shop was that we wanted to be able to fabricate the pieces our customers needed when they needed them.  Our shop professionals are expertly trained in traditional metal fabrication and use top of the line machinery that allows us to cut any type of fitting with computer precision.

Commercial Services

The HVAC equipment used in commercial applications differs drastically from a standard furnace or air conditioner used in residential housing.  Commercial systems are larger and more robust, needing to manage temperature and humidity in a much different setting than a residential dwelling.

Apart from the size, residential and commercial systems vary in structure.  Commercial systems need to be more adaptable depending on the type of building, occupancy, and how often the building is in use.  Other factors to consider are the end-use of the structure and climate necessary for products being manufactured or sold in the building.  Whichever the case, Eller Heating & Air Conditioning has the techs, installers, and equipment to help you with all of your commercial heating and cooling needs.
